Best home exercises
The best home exercises are easy to do effective and use little equipment. They also take a whole body approach. By that I mean that the combination of exercises work the arms, chest, back, abdominals and legs. It is adviseable to buy exercise equipment as it increases the amount of exercises you can do at home, especially for the back muscles. I will show you some of the best home exercises that don’t require any equipment. You wont need much room and you will only require your own body weight for these exercises. Here are 6 of the best home exercises
Best home exercises NO.1
This is a great exercise for getting rid of baby fat around the tummy. Make sure your head is looking downwards, and that your shoulders, hips and ankles are in a straight line. You must also make sure that you pull your belly button in to activate your Transverse abdominal muscle (TVA), which is the deepest layer of your abdominal. Just imagine you’re trying to get a tight pair of jeans on and you need to suck your tummy in to get them on. This is how you activate the TVA. Keep[ that tummy tucked in throughout the exercise.
Best home exercises NO.2
This is a great exercise for the chest and back of the arms. There are three different versions depending on your strength, so watch all three videos and decide which one is best for you.
This will help get rid of those bingo wings and help shape the chest. Your arms must be under your shoulders, and shoulder width and a half apart. Make sure your chest and not your head (if you are doing full length) touch the floor.
Box press up - begginers
Knee press up – intermediate
Full length press up – Advanced
Best home exercises NO.3
This is a great exercise for toning your bum, and the front of the legs. You will have a firmer butt in no time with this exercise, and you will really feel the burn if you do this right. Follow the instructions on the video below. It is a great exercise for runners, but even better if your goals are to look good.
Best home exercises NO.4
This exercise is great for the lower back. Once you have trained your abs, you need to balance the abs and back muscles. This exercise is one of the best for doing that.
