We all have great intentions for the new year, but the way in which we execute that plan is so important to your success.
Understanding what good health is and what healthy foods are will go along way to helping you achieve the goals you have set.
However, this is easier said than done based on the fact that their is so much misinformation from the media and food industry that it is so difficult to know what foods to eat.
