I do nutrition plans for clients that want to lose weight. It will require you to keep a food diary for 4 days and once I see that I will give advice on changes you can make. I will also write up a personalised diet plan after.
It depends on how you eat and how much exercise you do a week. I have had clients lose 3 stone in 3 months, while others have taken a year. For some people steady progress is best, while others are really determined to stick rigidly to a diet.
